If you haven't heard anything in a couple of months, you need to repeat the process again, and update your resume if needed.
OLow Maintenance Fees. Maintenance fees encompass fuel, utilities (water & electricity), insurance, taxes, and routine maintenance, etc. There is no markup or profit involved in your maintenance fees. You simply pay your share of the actual operating costs.
At the economy end of the scale, a co owner could buy 1% of an economical cruise ship for about $5000. However it is not necessary for all co owners to have equal shares in the ship. Ownership can easily be divided up into 1% increments. If one buyer wanted 5%, then his cost of acquisition would be $25,000. He would be entitled to 5% of the ship's cabins, and would have five votes on operations and management of the ship, such as itinerary planning.
Make sure to always be discreet. When you are on one of these ships remember everyone is an equal, so no one really needs to see you flashing your expensive jewelry around or a bunch of money when you are playing in their casino. The main reason for this is that you are simply asking for trouble. And the second reason is guess what? No one truly looking at daily cruise activities cares! Another thing, don't think the ship is your home away from home because they aren't so don't go around wearing your PJ's down the halls.
If you need to buy anything, make sure to do it on the last day, because stores will offer special discounts. You can also examine the photographs from the entire trip and just purchase the best ones.
Rock Climbing - Just because you're surrounded by water doesn't mean you can't get in a little rock climbing, right? A climbing wall has become one of the hottest ship facilities and it's no wonder. When you reach the top, not only are you rewarded with a sense of accomplishment, but you'll get one of the best views on the ship. Not everyone can make it up to the top of that wall. As with the golf, rock climbing may or may not be included in your cruise price.
